Kelayakan
- Nitec/ Diploma in any Science / Engineering discipline
- 3 years of work experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Good Communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office skills, i.e, Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
- Able to understand basic mechanical/electrical drawings, flow charts, and BOMs
- Understand Excel macros and are able to do minor updates in VBA codes
Tanggungjawab
- Maintain and accurately update information in the electronic document system.
- Interact and liaise with project team members for project information and documents.
- Ensure information is accurate and register documents into DCC.
- Monitor the status of actions and generate reports.
- Create and maintain procedures for Document Control.
- Distribute updated documents to relevant personnel.
- Administer Engineering Change Requests and Notices
- Administer specifications for parts and products.
- Use Excel macros to perform documentation activities.
- Use ERP software (EPICOR) for registration and updating of BOMs
- Monitor ‘end-of-life’ obsolete part until closure by all responsible depts.
- Use PLM software (Windchill) to perform tasks related to engineering BOM and changes.
- Train relevant users on how to prepare, check and submit documents.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of DCC documents by complying with IP protection protocols.
