Kelayakan
- Possesses minimum SPM certificate with good credit in language and basic computer knowledge
- Has at least 1 year experience in customer service position in retail outlet/healthcare/services industry or has experience working as a Clinic Assistant
- Fluency in Mandarin and English with Bahasa Malaysia language skills as an added advantage
- Friendly and patient
- Independent and willing to learn new things
- Able to comply with Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices (GDPMD)
- (Part-time) for Bayan Baru, Penang

Tanggungjawab
- Attend to walk-in and call-in client’s inquiries
- Arrange appointments efficiently
- Registration and follow up appointments
- Able to do basic administrative works
- Assist in handling clients who require speech & language, mental health and hearing related rehabilitation services
- Assist in sales and promotional activities, client follow up program, client retention/loyalty program etc and as required
- Maintain clean, tidy and hygiene working environment
