Kelayakan
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
- Malaysian only and able to speak English / Bahasa Malaysia / Mandarin or others dialects
- Customer service / administration working experience is added advantage
- Able to perform Microsoft Office, SQL software or any accounting software is added advantage
- Good manner, positive and enthusiastic approach to work
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities

Tanggungjawab
- To prepare Sales Orders, Delivery Orders, Invoices, and related documents
- Communicate with customers regarding billing inquiries
- Monitor aging of receivables and follow up on overdue accounts
- To check and summarize monthly petty cash,expenses claims and customer statements
- To maintain good filling system and proper records of all documents
- To maintain and update accurate billing records.
- Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams on order and delivery matters.
- Perform urgent assignments when required by the superior
