Kelayakan
- Diploma/ Degree in any field.
- Fresh graduates are encourage.
- Computer literate as well as proficient in written and spoken Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Analytical skills with a problem solving attitude.
- Sales-minded, result driven.
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Able to work during retail hours (eg. public holiday/ weekends).
Tanggungjawab
- Be competent and well-versed on all products and its programs‘ offerings represented by the Company.
- Follow-up on all sales leads and existing customer account management.
- To accomplish targeted goals by converting opportunities to sales.
- To attend to all enquiries, including walk-in customers, telephone and online.
- To build and maintain good relationship with existing and potential customers aimed to increase customer base and loyalty.
- To assist in executing overall sales event and activities (i.e. roadshows, exhibitions, etc.)
- Constantly reviewing, providing feedback, and analysing sales data and sales-related reports to the superior.
