Kelayakan

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Engineering
  • Diploma
  • Professional Degree
  • Experience in Office Automation (MFP)

Tanggungjawab

  • Perform details checking of daily invoices and delivery order.
  • Key in supplier invoices & prepare payment vouchers.
  • Handle & record aCarry out repairs and servicing of black & white, colour multi-functional printer (MFP), enabler hardware and software at Customer’s premises and services to the highest standards.
  • Provide field operations support to internal and external customers in accordance with the terms of the customer contract and Service Level Agreements (SLA)
  • Write accurate professional reports acting as a single point of contact between Customers and MFP concerning technical issues and interfacing with all involved functions.
  • Report and escalate all observed incidence and irregularities that occur to Superior for proper operational escalation points.
  • Adhere to installation guidelines and industry best practices in order to deliver quality Field Operations
  • Responsible for setting up new machines and conducting a pre-delivery inspection (PDI) to ensure machines are in proper working condition prior to installation at the Customer’s premises.
  • Follow and achieve monthly KPI
  • Connectivity Installation Support
  • Preference is given to those with experience in service, repair and maintenance MFP
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills together with good interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to understand mechanical drawings
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Able to handle customers’ grievances
  • Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office application.
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in the English language and the local language.
  • Fresh graduates will be considered as training is providedll petty cash claim.
  • Monthly Payroll Preparation for all staffs.
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
  • Handle delinquent customers' request for interest waivers, queries on invoices and outstanding.
  • Manage Administrative jobs, maintain proper and up to date record.
