Kelayakan
- SPM/ Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or Marketing;
- 1 year of working experience;
- Computer literate;
- Responsible, hardworking and supportive with a high level of intergrity;
- Positive Attitude, self motivated, result oriented;
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia;
Tanggungjawab
- To assist the superior in overseeing the daily branch operations;
- To answer to incoming phone calls;
- To entertain walk in customers and provide good service;
- To issue Sales Order, Invoice, Delivery Order, Product Claim and Return (PCR) and Despatch Note;
- To monitor the usage and issurance of Manual Delivery Order;
- To assist in monitoring stocks level;
- To manage daily cash sales and arrange bank in;
- To submit Non-Trade bills to Account Department for payment request;
- To review and submit sales personnel monthly expenses claim;
- To maintan a clean, safe and healthy workplace environment;
- To ensure company properties are maintained in good condition;
- To prepare Despatch Trip Commission and Overtime Report to HR;
- To review and monitor RMA outstanding list;
- To udertake any other ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by superior when required.
