Kelayakan
- Degree/Diploma holder in Accounting, Finance, or similar degree; equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for degree.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in related field.
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel or Knowledge of SQL accounting software is an advantage.
- Preferably Senior specialized in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Ability to work with tight timelines and has sense of urgency
- Contributes to the determination of the staff requirements of the Finance Department.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin
Tanggungjawab
- Handle a full set of accounts; prepare cash flow forecast, budget, and financial and management reports.
- Perform day-to-day finance operations like General Ledger, Account Payable & Account Receivables functions.
- Initiate continuous improvement e.g. accuracy and efficiency, internal control, cost control/saving, tax saving, accounting process, and procedures, management and financial analysis report, workflow, documentation of accounting records, filing, etc.
- To be responsible for monthly management reports and other financial matters.
- To manage cash flow efficiently and liaise with bankers on banking matters.
- To maintain proper accounting policies and internal control procedures.
- To ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and data integrity of all financial data.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and other professionals to ensure compliance on all matters relating to audit, tax, and statutory requirements.
- Prepared payments to vendors and manage online banking matters.
- Account/bank reconciliations.
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of the audit process.
- Preparation of monthly financial statements, financial analysis, and performance review including review and verification to ensure accuracy and compliance with group policies and reporting requirements.
- Perform any hod tasks and responsibilities which the superior may assign from time to time.
