Kelayakan
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in business/marketing or related
- Have at least 1 year of experience working in the e- commerce (Lazada/Qoo10/Shopee)
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Word, PP, Excel)
- Able to cope with fast pace working environment
- Strong communication skills
- Well-detailed and ability to follow specific procedures and instructions
- Excellent organizational and time management
- Strong team player with can-do positive attitude
Tanggungjawab
- Perform a range of administrative duties from maintaining platforms product listing to proposal of procurement.
- Process and fulfill sales orders in digital platforms.
- Respond to customer enquiries and complaints
- Developing and executing promotion plans in coordination with the Management direction
