Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least LCCI/Diploma/Advanced / Higher/Graduate in Accounting or equivalent.
- At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in similar capacity and related field.
- Computer literate and knowledge on Microsoft Office(Excel & Word).
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Responsible, Independent, Willing to learn.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill.
- Preference will be given to candidate who can start work immediately or with short notice.
Tanggungjawab
- Responsible for daily, monthly & yearly routine of accounting operation. AP / AR / Invoicing / Customer Aging/ Payment Collection / Process payment / Petty Cash / Payroll )
- To handle and review the accounting system, maintenance of financial and accounting records.
- To perform full set of accounting report
- Ensure all financial transactions are properly documented, authorized and recorded.
- Handle all matters related to all statutory bodies (SSM / LHDN / EPF / SOCSO / EIS)
- Communicate with the Company Secretary and ensure proper documentation recorded
- Update monthly account reconciliation.
- To ensure proper filing of accounts documentations and supporting documents.
- Any ad hoc tasks assigned by superior.
