Kelayakan

  • Malaysian only and able to speak English / Bahasa Malaysia / Mandarin or others dialects
  • Customer service / administration working experience is added advantage
  • Able to perform Microsoft Office, SQL software or any accounting software is added advantage
  • Positive and optimistic attitude
  • Posses Own transport, willing to work in Old Klang Road and Bandar Puteri Puchong
  • Fresh graduates welcome to apply

Tanggungjawab

  • To attend to clients courteously and provide good customer service
  • Handle the incoming phone calls, emails and walk in customers
  • To assist in invoicing & billing matters
  • Process orders, forms, application and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interaction, feedback, complaint and comment for further improvement.
  • To maintain good filling system and proper records of all documents
  • To monitor dispatch record
  • Ensure good coordination with sales person and inventory department
  • Perform urgent assignments when required by the superior
