Kelayakan
- Malaysian only and able to speak English / Bahasa Malaysia / Mandarin or others dialects
- Customer service / administration working experience is added advantage
- Able to perform Microsoft Office, SQL software or any accounting software is added advantage
- Positive and optimistic attitude
- Posses Own transport, willing to work in Old Klang Road and Bandar Puteri Puchong

Tanggungjawab
- To attend to clients courteously and provide good customer service
- Handle the incoming phone calls, emails and walk in customers
- To assist in invoicing & billing matters
- Process orders, forms, application and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interaction, feedback, complaint and comment for further improvement.
- To maintain good filling system and proper records of all documents
- To monitor dispatch record
- Ensure good coordination with sales person and inventory department
- Perform urgent assignments when required by the superior
