Kelayakan
- Experience in managing online platforms such as Shopee, and Lazada is preferred
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in the related field.
- Able to communicate in both Mandarin and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and computer skills
- Positive working attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Self-disciplined, and dedicate to work.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Able to start immediately or within short notice.
Tanggungjawab
- Handle full-set account and account-related duties
- Cost calculation and check of the purchase order when every purchase arrive.
- Analysis of monthly stock moving report, work out minimum and maximum order quantity.
- Maintaining the filing system and internal database.
- Organize, store and print company documents as needed.
- Ensure all payment amounts & records are accurate.
- Update stock into accounting & integrator system.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretary, suppliers and customers.
- Assist in monitoring monthly cashflow
- Perform duties assigned by management from time to time.
