Kelayakan
- Preferable Mandarin speaker needed
- Possess minimum education level Diploma in any field
- Candidates without experience are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.
- Have working experience is sales or customer service will be advantages
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Must have own transport
Tanggungjawab
- Take care existing and new customer inquiry
- Review customer request, provide quotation and follow up to ensure sales close up
- Monitor customer payment status and ensure payments are up to date to avoid bad debt.
- Attend to customer complaint and work out corrective action with production and or with customer.
- Grow new sales to meet monthly target and KPI.
- Lead and drive promotional activity to increase customer segment.
