Kelayakan
- Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree.
- Fresh graduate are welcomed to apply.
- Able to speak in Mandarin and English.
Tanggungjawab
- Prepare daily bank reconciliation report.
- Maintain proper record and organization of filling system.
- Daily updating the payment received from customers in the monthly debtor aging and preparing the receiving voucher for review.
- Collecting and checking all full set of invoices before prepare to be print and submit for sign.
- Follow up document with sales department.
- Check on staff expenses claim and input to staff claim template.
- Perform monthly bank statement reconciliation and resolve discrepancy if any.
- Preparing report.
- Any other ad hoc assignment.
