Kelayakan
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, CRM systems, and other sales-related software
- Teamwork skills
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles, techniques, and strategies
Tanggungjawab
Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the sales team
- Handling customer queries and complaints
- Coordinating sales activities
- Maintaining accurate records of sales and customer interactions
- Creating and processing sales orders
- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Providing sales reports and data analysis to the sales team
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations
- Supporting the development and implementation of sales campaigns and promotions.
