Kelayakan
- Must have a certificate authorized by Suruhanjaya Tenaga (A4), with minimum 2 years work experience
- Good in understanding schematic drawing, DC/AC motor, wiring and circuit troubleshooting.
- Able to work independently
- Communication skills - good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Good computer software skills like Microsoft word excel & power point
- Preferably Executives specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.
- Comfortable to work on shift basis, weekends, and public holidays.
- Good personal traits and characteristics, high integrity, trustworthy, reliable and honest.
Tanggungjawab
- To manage facilities and infrastructure on Electrical, Electronic and Mechanical systems
- Responsible for smooth operation of the plant facilities system with minimum unplanned down time
- Experience in Facilities Systems, such as Electrical systems including installation and commissioning of Generator set, main switch board and electrical distribution board, electro-mechanical, building and other systems such as Automatic gate and doors and etc.
- Develop & maintain facilities SOP & compliance to HSE requirements.
- Repair and installation of complex electrical wiring in facility for high & low voltage (includes computer & phone lines)
- Electrical troubleshooting, repair and installation of complex motor controls, fuses and circuit breakers, etc.
- Liaise with utilities providers such as TNB, DOSH, SYABAS, JKKP and other regulatory bodies on utility services and compliance issues.
- Repair and improve facility buildings and grounds.
- Support other contracts involving Temporary Sewage Plant, Streetlights, Furniture and etc, which may subject to change.
