Kelayakan
- Have 1-2 years relevant working experience.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, team work, aggressive & friendly personality.
- Excellent Communication, Time Management and Problem-Solving Skill.
- Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office & Microsoft Powerpoint.
- Candidates with skills using Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / Premiere-Pro is a Plus.
Tanggungjawab
- Ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media platforms including advertising, product development and brand management.
- Coordinating the sales team and content production team by assisting completing projects and tasks, and communicating relevant information.
- Handle the processing of incoming jobs and request with accuracy and timeliness.
- Dealing with general internal and external feedback or correspondence promptly.
- Manage the online e-commerce site with effective marketing and sales activities – including pricing, promotion, and stock inventory level.
- To source and identify the right product for the market
- Manage customers' pre and post-expectations and satisfaction.
- Able to prepare, collate, analyze and present data and information for various marketing and promotion decision making.
