Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Must be able to communicate fluently in both English & Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak in other languages will be an added advantage.
- Candidate must possess at least 5 years working experience in the hotel industry preferably in the Managerial position handling Front office Department, Concerige, Telephone and Business Centre.
- Pleasant personality with good administration skills.
- Able to handle guest complaints
- 1 Full-Time position available.
Tanggungjawab
- To handle & monitor day to day operations of the Front Office Administration and
- maintain high standard of service efficiency.
- To responsible in dealing with all guest needs and complaints.
- To ensure all Standard Operation Procedures are met at all times.
- Work with the team.
- To work closely with all other Departments.
