Kelayakan
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, having background in logistic industry will be a plus point.
- Proficient with MS Office for example Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Good personality and eager to learn.
- Good attention to detail, high self-discipline, focused and strives to deliver high quality work.
- Working days : 6 days/week (Monday - Friday Working From Office, Saturday Working From Home)
Tanggungjawab
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements.
- Conducting end-to-end recruitment process if mass/bulk hiring for blue collar positions.
- Attracting suitable candidate through job portals, databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
- Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
