Kelayakan
- Fluent in Mandarin, English and Malaysia
- Minimum diploma or higher academic qualification in relevant field.
- Fresh graduate and experience are both welcomed.
- Possesses strong negotiation and problem solving skill.
- Good written, verbal communication skill and Microsoft office.
- Basic Accounting knowledge will be an advantage.
- Able to start immediately or within short notice.
Tanggungjawab
- Provide general administrative and clerical support during mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying.
- Perform data entry for recording of employee's KPI.
- Assists in resolving and administrative problems.
- Monitor on return receiving, incoming from stores.
- In charge of stock movement – Receiving, storing, documenting, delivering and assist in loading and unloading of goods upon stock arrival.
- Assist on any ad-hoc tasks as required by the department.
