Kelayakan
- Preferably with working experience in manufacturing field.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact with people at all level both internally and externally
- Has the initiative to explore for further improvement
- Pleasant personality take responsibility and work independently under pressure
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Location: Pandan Indah
Tanggungjawab
- PO to have break down delivery date and quantity.
- To enter Sales Order/Forecast entry with accurate information and on time.
- Ensure PO prices tally with Price List price break
- Get confirmation from customer if PO exceeds ± 25% from forecast provided by customer.
- Monitor forecast/usage.
- To reduce and report unclosed PO exceeded 3 months from date of PO.
- Coordinate and liaise with Supply and Manufacturing Departments to ensure finished goods are made ready in time.
- Update and provide accurate information in delivery schedule.
- Monitor stock status regularly of individual customer to avoid stagnant stock build-up hence reduce inventory holding cost.
- Update and maintain proper recording, filing and identification of documents.
- Provide supportive documentation to effect payment.
- Attend to customers’ enquiries and complaints.
- Provide feedback information between customer and Versatile Paper Boxes internal departments.
- Maintain close rapport with customers.
- To assist Marketing Personnel on preparing quotation.
- Other minor or ad-hoc activity or function.
