Kitchen Supervisor

• Supervises kitchen staff.
• Receive stock from suppliers, storing, distribution and delivery out stock to various department in Central Kitchen.
• Maintain daily communication with elementary servers to address facilities and production needs.
• Maintains product levels through purchasing, receiving and inventory control.
• Assist with hiring decisions of kitchen staff.
• Conducts daily inspections of all areas of the facility to ensure staff compliance with establish standards
• Responsible for carrying out quality inspection activities on incoming, in-process and finished products to ensure conformed to specifications
• Works with production team to ensure the quality control program designed to make sure continuous production of products consistent with established standards is implemented and being followed.
