Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Advanced/Higher Graduate Diploma in Business or E-commerce
- Required language Mandarin, English, BM
- At least 2 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Required skill : Microsoft office, Microsoft Word
- Possess good personality, attitude and responsible
Tanggungjawab
- Dvelopment and execution of online
- Act as first point of contact for customer service enquiries (including by email, via website, feedback forms, telephone and letter) and action forward as appropriate for action.
- Stays abreast of changes in the online
- Maintain good relationship with merchandising team from various online
- Work closely with logistic team and merchandising team to ensure smooth e-commerce operation.
- Liaise with graphic designer to conceptualize product content and campaign web banners
- Responsible for social media
