Kelayakan
- Someone who has previous sales experience and has an interest in property sales.
- Fresh graduates who have a passion to do sales are welcome to apply as we provide on the job training.
- Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
- Exposure to social media as an advertising platform is an added advantage.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. Fluency in other languages will be added advantage.
- Have your own transportation.
Tanggungjawab
As a Property Sales Advisor, you will be partnering with us to market and sell new property projects ranging from residential homes, office suites, shop offices and many more. You will also continuously carry on the market surveys to keep abreast of the market situation.
Job role
- Meeting with the prospective buyers, identifying and recommending properties that match the buyer's requirement.
- Complete the sales process by assisting the purchaser obtain the financing for their purchases and to complete the execution of the relevant sales documentations.
- You will attend properties launches, roadshows and exhibitions to develop new customer base.
- Prepare weekly lead management prospect reports for management review.
- Explore, advertise, and manage the social media platforms to target the right segment of buyers and to create awareness of new projects.
