Kelayakan
- Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering required.
- At least 5 years work experiences in Product Design
- Have a thorough knowledge of product design, materials, processes and related manufacturing techniques.
- Able to communicate technical information to project teams as required.
- in spoken and written English.
Tanggungjawab
- Ensure products are designed to meet the performance & objectives by implementing DFMEA (Failure Mode Effects Analysis) concept.
- To participate in design review by the Engineering Manager to justify design detail.
- To prepare and update DFMEA document, design know-how and other document related to design.
- To confirm the off-tools samples meet the design requirement and intended function.
- To coordinate with QA/QC, Process, Production, Business Development Manager, Purchasing, Defect Analysis
- Department and supplier to ensure project is completed within the timeframe.
- Responsible in designing and developing mechanical parts for the products.
- To assist production or customer in designing and developing jigs or fixtures and assembly instructions (BOM, documents and drawings).
- Perform quality and reliability research to eliminate defect in product design and reduce product failure rate at market.
