Kelayakan
- Qualification at least diploma & above ,
- Working experience for human resource background at least 2 year
Tanggungjawab
- Supervise Administration Executive/Officer/Assistant/Telephone Operator & Receptionist
- Assist Manager on all administration and personnel functions
- Checking and issuing of monthly canteen subsidy to all employees
- Checking and prepare of socso/EPF and insurance claims
- Interview , plan and sourcing manpower recruitment for all staff except Assistant Manager and Manager
- Attend to hostel needs, fomema , insurance, renewal of permits , deportation etc. for foreign workers
- Arrangement for transport/normal employees
- Prepare letters and memo received from manager
- Relief the duties of manager during her absence
- Ensure proper security functions within the organization
- Checking attendance record & prepare payroll for non-management level
- Ensure overall office building/facilities/equipment's /sundry are well maintained
- Ensure all company vehicles are maintained in good conditions
- Monitoring the securities guard daily record
- To ensure ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & IATF 16949:2016 Management System procedures and activities are implemented and adhered to effectively
- Additional responsibilities as and when instructed by superior
