Kelayakan
- Minimum possess at least a SPM/O Level
- Have 1 year of relevant working experience will be prioritized
- Good leadership skill and interpersonal skills when interacting with all levels of crew
- Positive working attitude, good in analytical, effective time management and problem-solving skills when making decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) and Google Sheets
- Able communicate in Mandarin and English
Tanggungjawab
- Supervised all fulfillment personnel to ensure maximum productivity.
- Communicated, coordinated and cooperated with related departments to maximize efficient productivity
- Responsible for stock planning and scheduling
- Ensured all lines were properly set-up and that materials were in position for prompt start up at the beginning of each shift
- Ensured all daily inventory tasks were executed, inventory levels were maintained for fulfillment orders and inventory inquiries were met
- Collaborated effectively with warehouse team to better align processes between workforce and the field
- Responsible to maintain stock level, placing orders with suppliers and schedule delivery of supplies
- Generate reseller invoice and fulfill resellers orders
