Kelayakan
- FRESH GRADUATES ENCOURAGED TO APPLY.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Responsible and able to work independently.
- Able to communicate in an efficient manner internally and externally.
- Preferably looking for Mandarin speaking candidates.
Tanggungjawab
- Mainly responsible for documentation, quotation enquiries, issuing invoices and purchase orders.
- Coordinate with suppliers as sourcing materials, price negotiation and delivery status to meet the Company requirements.
- To prepare monthly purchasing reports.
- To manage office administration activities which includes office management, ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operations.
- To perform any other tasks as and when required by Management.
