Requirements and Skills

  • At least 1-2 years proven customer service experience
  • Diploma holder; Degree holder in Customer Service or a relevant field is preferred
  • Ability to speak Chinese and Cantonese languages is required
  • Fluency in verbal and written English for communication through email and messaging systems
  • Proficient in a variety of computer applications including Microsoft Office, and SaaS tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Pipedrive
  • Proactive, and can work under pressure
  • Ability to prioritize effectively while working on multiple assignments and tasks

Tanggungjawab

As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for the following Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify and assess clients’ needs by providing product and services information to achieve satisfaction
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
  • Ensure accuracy and efficiency in responding to clients’ inquiries
  • Understanding to ChatDaddy products and services and provide a solution to the clients
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

Other Information

To fulfill Customer Service Executive’s duties and responsibilities, the right candidate is required to work in our Malaysia Office located in Seri Kembangan for 5 days a week (Monday-Friday).
