Kelayakan
- Degree/Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
- 3-4 years of accounting experience. Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Team player, independent, and able to communicate with all level of people.
- Own transport.
Tanggungjawab
- Receiving, reviewing and verifying invoices from vendors & suppliers, ensuring that all detailes are accurate and comply with company policies.
- Matching invoice to purchase orders and goods receipts, ensuring all items have been reeived are in good condition.
- Coding invoices with approriate accounts ad cost centers.
- Entering invoice data into the accounting system.
- Reconciling accounts payable transactions to ensure all payments are accounted for and that all vendor balances are accurate.
- Preparing and maintaining accounts payable reports and records.
- Assisting with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinating with otherdepartments within the company.
- Deal with banks.
