Kelayakan
- Diploma’s degree holder.
- Background in logistics or project management; industry knowledge is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites.
- Creativity and excellent communication skills.
- Problem-solving aptitude.
- Ability to work well with a team.
Tanggungjawab
- Sea Shipment Bookings – communicate with liners to obtain booking confirmation for sea freight shipment. Obtain Container Movement Order after booking is firm.
- Bookings Monitoring – monitor all bookings are allocated to the right clients/ stakeholders and ensure Customer Service Department, Operation Department are aware of them. Update the bookings in the system.
- Shipping Documents Submission – submit shipping instruction to liners and crosscheck draft bill of lading before confirming them. Communicate with commercial department regarding the BL arrangement. Update the Final BL in the system.
- Haulage Documentation – Submit the Request of Transport form to haulage department. Prepare and file relevant documents after job is completed.
