• Design a new job (graphic form)
• To make sure softcopy received from Marketing Unit Send the graphic form to marketing
• Report to Head of Graphic unit (job progress)
• Prepare 3 designs to present (if required)
• Prepare the mock-up and meet up with client/customer (if required)
• Planning, design & maintain the internal layout for the company’s website interface and social media posting
• Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects
• Liaising with printing supplier to ensure the printing quality and delivery deadline
• To fulfill the client needs and get the approval from the client
• Assists with implementation of online platform.
• Create engaging text, image and video content
• Oversee social media account's layout
• Other tasks assign from time to time.
