Who We Need?
- SPM/STPM or Diploma in any relevant fields.
- Knowledge in Accounting is a bonus
- At least 1 year’s related experience. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
- Computer & Microsoft literate and numerate.
- must have knowledge or experiences in AutoCount Accounting System
- Mature, self-motivated, innovative and proactive while able to work independently and deliver results under pressure.
- Independent, high integrity, detail oriented and good team player.
- Must have own transport.
Tanggungjawab
- Performs data entry and filing tasks for accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, and confidential employee or departmental files.
- Compiles budget data and maintains financial records as requested.
- Copies, collates, and otherwise prepares reports for mailings, meetings, and other correspondence.
- Compiling, maintaining and updating company records
- Compiling and maintaining records of office business transactions
- Maintain records, documentation and to ensure organized filing system
- Responsible to Administration Duties.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
