Kelayakan
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of network protocols, hardware, and software infrastructure.
- Familiarity with various operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and macOS.
- Knowledge of server hardware, virtualization, and cloud computing concepts.
- Understanding of cybersecurity concepts, including firewalls, VPNs, and encryption.
- Knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) processes and tools such as ServiceNow or JIRA.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Willingness to work in shifts and flexible work hours to ensure round-the-clock support.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell is an advantage.
- Experience with IT infrastructure automation tools such as Ansible or Puppet is a plus.
Tanggungjawab
- Installing, configuring and maintaining IT infrastructure components such as servers, switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Providing technical support for network and systems issues and troubleshooting technical problems.
- Monitoring the performance and availability of IT infrastructure components to ensure optimal performance.
- Implementing and maintaining cybersecurity measures to protect IT infrastructure components from potential security breaches.
- Collaborating with team members to implement and maintain IT infrastructure policies and procedures.
- Assisting with the design and implementation of new IT infrastructure solutions and upgrades.
- Documenting IT infrastructure components, processes, and procedures for future reference.
- Participating in the planning and execution of IT infrastructure projects.
- Assisting with IT asset management, including tracking and managing hardware and software inventory.
- Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in IT infrastructure and security to ensure the organization is implementing best practices.
