Kelayakan
- Candidates possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts is an added advantage.
- Have at least 3-5 years experiences as a Bakery Chef.
- Able speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Good knowledge of various bakery types and techniques.
- Ability to work both fast and accurately.
- Able to work in team.
- Availability to work including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Flexibility to take on various shifts.
Tanggungjawab
- Create a rich bakery menu with various main ingredients and materials. (for example, flavoring, flour, side dishes etc)
- Prepare all types of bakery including bread, cookies, cakes, & etc.
- Select fresh ingredients to make high-quality bakery.
- Manage food prep activities.
- Coordinate with our wait staff to ensure proper baking, considering special requests and food allergies.
- Monitor food stock and place orders, as needed.
- Recommend new, modern recipes.
- Maintain hygiene principles in all cooking areas and clean your space at the end of the shift.
