Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Advance / Higher / Graduate Diploma / Degree qualification.
- Minimum 1 year(s) working experience in retail management is required for this position.
- Passion in retail industry and willing to work retail hours.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects, maintain strict deadlines and punctual.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and travelling is required for store visits.
- Possess own transport and willing to work 6 days a week.
- Able to working in shift.
- Computer literate and knowledge with using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power point)
- Basic knowledge of accounting
Tanggungjawab
- Responsible for the fulfilment of all operational supports requests from retail outlets to ensure smooth and efficient running of outlets daily operation.
- To monitor retail visual merchandising and to ensure compliance.
- Analyse sales achievement, customer response, and market trends to increase sales opportunities and drive profit.
- Monitor the store operations status and provide recommendations or solutions, including operations workflow and inventory management to improve the retail operation.
- Ensure the operations system and procedures are being practiced and followed.
- To ensure the retail stores consistently maintain the best standard of store image at optimum levels.
- Identify potential location for new stores setups.
- To assist for new outlet opening, set-up and preparation
- Assist in sales and marketing activities in effort to achieve outlet growth.
- Responsible in managing manpower allocation, managing, and motivating retail staff, stock level monitoring.
- To support in providing daily and weekly reports
- Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior from time to time
