Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelors Degree in any field or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 (s) of working experience In me related field Is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior / Senior Executives specializing in IT/Computer -Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Must have own transport.
Tanggungjawab
Responsibilities:
- Providing technical assistant, support resolution and professional consultation to all customers
- To provide technical support, system maintenance and hardware installation for contract maintenance customers.
- To complete project implementation, configuration, upgrading, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.
- Providing technical and professional assistance to sales personnel to meet the customer' requirement
- The applicant must initiate and solve complex technical issues, adhere to the provided Service Level Agreements.
- Participate and work closely within the department and also across the entire team and company
- Work as a team player within the company and with partners & principles and customer
- In addition to the harboring Customer Relationships, it is also expected to develop and maintain good relationships with IT vendors, contractors and distributors
