Factory Assistance

• Jewellery Factory Assistance coordinate, supervise and ensure completion of jewellery manufacturing process, goldsmiths, and other manufacturing labourers. The position also require to manage the supply and distribution of goods and materials.

 Tasks include:

• Organizing and planning the daily work with regard to jewellery manufacturing orders, goldsmiths and factory environment
• Preparing cost estimates, records and reports of jewellery
• Instructing and training new staff
• Coordinate the supply and distribution of jewellery and processes.
• Determining, implementing and monitoring purchasing, planning, storage and distribution of goods
• Preparing and implementing plans to maintain required stock levels at minimum cost
• Liaising with other departments concerning requirements for jewellery and associated completion date
• Ensuring the efficient use of resources and wastage control
