- Excellent communication skills and proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Progressive, dynamic and independent, assertive negotiating abilities, self-motivated and result oriented
- Applicants should be pro-active with a pleasant attitude and good communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
- Computer literate
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
Tanggungjawab
- Meet cash and debtor targets set by the company
- Liaison with customers to ensure prompt payment and follow up overdue payment
- Ensure all transactions are compliant with company policies
- Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time
- Provide accurate advice on billing queries
- Respond promptly and completely to both client and internal inquiries
