Kelayakan
- Minimum SPM / O-Level.
- Able to communicate in bi-lingual (Mandarin & English)
- Previous experience in a coffee shop or café / F&B is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Attention to detail, especially when making tea drinks.
- Flexibility to work required by the shop's schedule
Tanggungjawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of tea-based beverages.
- Ensure that all tea drinks are made to the customer's satisfaction, and according to the shop's standards
- Keep the shop clean and well-stocked, including cleaning and maintaining equipment, restocking supplies, and keeping the shop's work area clean and organized
- Take customer orders, handle cash and credit card payments, and operate a point of-sale (POS) system
- Answer customer questions about tea, brewing methods, and menu items, and make recommendations based on their preferences
- Uphold company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations, and maintain a high level of customer service
