Kelayakan
- Fresh Graduate are Welcome to apply
- Education: Graduate Diploma or Degree in Engineering or IT or equivalents.
- Languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Required to work on public holidays and night shift on an ad-hoc basis. Suitable compensation will be provided for such assignments.
- Required to travel outstation for project deployment and support.
Tanggungjawab
- Installing, configuring, testing and commissioning of hardware (Switch, Router, Wireless Controller, Access Point, PABX, Phone) and its software.
- Planning, coordinating, and communicating between company and customer, responsible for readiness of related network infrastructures during deployment.
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing to resolve hardware and software, as well as other related network problems.
- Writing and preparing Documentation, Standard Operating Procedures and protocols (eg. low level design, diagram, etc.)
- Writing Reports/Incident Reports including assessment-based findings, outcomes, and propositions to further enhance network performance.
