Kelayakan
- Must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Food Science or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field(s).
- Conscientious and responsible.
- In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards.

Tanggungjawab
- To develop and oversee control systems in order to identify, prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines, internal policies, and/or certification requirements.
- To review, draft, modify and implement Standard Operating Procedures, Complaint Responses and manage production related risks and/or non-conformance issues.
- Develop and implement internal production quality standards.
- To liaise with Production team to ensure all Standard Operating Procedures and Standards are well-communicated, practiced and enforced at all times during production.
- Participate, manage and lead audits by local and foreign regulatory bodies whenever necessary.
- To train, guide, impart, and empower technical team to supervise and ensure compliance of production processes to internal and external standards.
- Evaluate the efficiency of existing controls and improve them on continual basis.
- Collaborate with technical consultants to monitor amendments and/or updates of enforcement standards and regulations.
- Performs routine and/or unannounced audits of suppliers and business partners whenever necessary.
- Provide technical advice and assistance to quality and food safety management of business partners.
- To oversee, lead and supervise staffs assigned to manage R&D projects; including and not limited to, product and process development, project management, R&D inventory and sample management, and ensuring all new products developed meet technical, price and production parameters.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending trainings; educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
AUTHORITY:
- Authority to immediately stop production line due to quality, food safety and/or health and safety concerns.
- Issuance of notice for product recalls subjected to approval by higher management.
- Represent the company to meet suppliers or other parties to discuss and draft up proposals to improve compliance of processes, and efficiency, effectivity and/or quality of finished products.
- Represent the company to respond in product quality complaints.
- Management of Technical team to ensure responsibilities of the department are fully carried out.
