- Familiar with facility maintenance site safety nature.
Tanggungjawab
- Establish a health & safety culture and be responsible for defining and leading the policy and our objectives for health & safety.
- Identify trends of poor performing brands, locations or individuals and feedback to the appropriate field or central teams accordingly
- Oversee and lead the company’s quality management system.
- Define and update safety guides for markets covered: safety protocols, work clothes, protective equipment, etc;
- Manage and analyze accidents in the workplace and social alerts: initiate internal investigations, define appropriate action plans, organize, and monitor their implementation.
- To prepare and be involved for accident incident Investigation report and emergency response plan procedures for workplace.
- Submit Safety and Health report to related authorities as required and attend HSE meetings where required.
- To perform potential hazards identification, Risk Assessment and risk control(HIRARC) and Job Safety Analysis(JSA) and HIRACR Risk Assessment.
- TO monitor an implementation safety requirement at site.
- Be able to travel Perai(Pulau Pinang) and Klang (Selangor) on the monthly basic.
- To support site HSE Personnel
