Kelayakan
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Advertising / Mass Communications, Marketing, Business Management, PR or equivalent.
- Strong command in English in both writing and speaking. Multilingual candidates are welcomed with proficiency in Mandarin as an advantage.
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Preferably start work immediately.
- Fresh graduate/ Intern are welcome to join.
Tanggungjawab
Admin :
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
- To supervise and keep track of the vendor maintenance schedule.
- To ensure monthly payment of utility is on timely manner.
- In charge of the stock management and ensure the stock is secure.
- International shipment and local delivery arrangement.
- Prepare and Packing goods when the sales order is received. (Wrapping)
- Any other task(s) as assigned by superior.
