Kelayakan
- Final year student from any major/fresh graduate (maximum 1 year ago).
- Strong understanding of video-based social media platforms (TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends.
- Being able to talk in front of the camera is a plus.
- Good in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent at identifying both current and new viral trends and insights, including trends on social media.
- Passionate about creating creative, fresh, and engaging content.
- Available to start working immediately and able to commit to a 6-month full-time internship.
- Have a laptop/device and software to operate editing short-video contents.
Tanggungjawab
- Create video-based content (measured by the content's analytics).
- Edit short videos or graphics on mobile devices or personal computers/laptops.
- Achieve designated content performance targets such as reach, views, clicks, and user visits.
- Learn how to plan out content, from pre-production to post-production, editing, publishing, and monitoring performance, with guidance from senior team members.
- Learn how to conduct content, trend, and market research and apply IT.
- Learn how to measure content performance through analytics and create (and execute) actionable items or decisions based on the analysis.
- Identify current and new viral trends and insights, including trends on social media.
- Discover underperforming areas and identify opportunities.
