Kelayakan
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidate must possess at least STPM, Diploma or Degree in any field.
- Candidate must be PC Literate.
- Candidate who possess working experience in office environment will be added advantage.
- Able to speak fluently and have good writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Tanggungjawab
- Managing all forms of incoming and outgoing communication (phone calls, emails, faxes etc.) on behalf of the Sales & Marketing team.
- Prepare and coordinate the preparation and submission of summary briefs and reports to the Sales & Marketing team.
- Assist the Sales Team in preparing quotations, job orders, delivery notes and invoices.
- Arranging meetings with customers and suppliers as required.
