Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management. Commerce or equivalent
- Required Skill(s): MS Office
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
- Willing to learn & initiative
- Fresh graduate with no experience are encourage to apply
Tanggungjawab
- Understand customer requirements, to promote the sale of company products, and to provide sales support.
- Prepare quotations for customer inquiries.
- Prepare sales forecast reports for planning.
- Monitor and report on sales activities and provide relevant management information.
- Debt collection.
- Handling complaints, settling disputes, resolving conflicts and negotiating with customers.
- Maintain and develop sales accordance to sales plans.
- Respond to and follow up sales inquiries and customer requirements by telephone, email or personal visits.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager when required and/or deemed necessary
