- Min possess SPM or above qualifications.
- Have passion about the Education Industry.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply, product training will be provided.
- Excellence in Communication Skills and Customer Relationships Management.
- Immediate availability preferred.
Tanggungjawab
- Provide one-on-one customer support to existing customers through telephone and online communication.
- Track students' learning progress and provide feedback, answer students' questions from time to time and help them to achieve their learning goals.
- Improve customer satisfaction, expand customer resources and maintain the student database, while completing the monthly renewal sales targets.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
