Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma, Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration or equivalent.
- 2+ years of accounting experiences.
- Required skill: Full set account, strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge in SQL Accounting Software is a plus.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Required language: English and Mandarin.
Tanggungjawab
- Perform basic bookkeeping to maintain our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
- To assist in month-end closing and cash flow tracking.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including data entry.
- Handling sensitive and confidential information with honesty and integrity.
- Learn how to work as part of account and admin team to compile and analyze data, track information and support the company.
- Taking on additional tasks or projects to learn more about office operations.
