Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U in any field
- Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Fresh Graduate encourage to apply
- Computer literate especially in Microsoft and willing to learn any Computer System
- Training will be given.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin is added advantages.
Tanggungjawab
- Process orders via email or phone.
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries Prepare Delivery Order, Invoices and related documentation.
- Liaise with Sales Team in all related matters regarding to sales.
- Liaise with the Supervisor and Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Compiling daily sales reports
- Any other duties as assigned by the Production Manager.
