Kelayakan
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- SPM / Diploma or relevant discipline with relevant working experience
- Required language(s) : Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
- At least 1 to 2 Years of working experience in the related field is an added advantages
- Self-driven, result oriented, pro-active with good communication skills
- No traveling required
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
Tanggungjawab
- Coordinate with sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Ensure the adequacy of sales materials
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Able to work with other department in order to expedite closing of sales order
- Up-keep customer data
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform Sales Personal of unforeseen delays or problems
- Monitor the order progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
